Motherhood
I became a mother at nineteen. It shaped my life early and showed me how much strength, responsibility and love I carry within me.

About
My work grew from a life that has asked me, more than once, to look honestly at what was there.
Media designer. Entrepreneur. Mother. Podcaster. And a woman who knows how easily we can lose ourselves in the roles we carry for others.
I became a mother at nineteen. It shaped my life early and showed me how much strength, responsibility and love I carry within me.
I built many things at once and believed for a long time that I could manage it all. Those years shaped me through growth, responsibility and invaluable experience.
I began to look more consciously, reset my priorities and reconnect with myself — a time of learning and honest decisions.
A profound change within our family reordered many things and showed me what truly matters: clarity, connection and a life that feels aligned.
“Just because I could carry something did not mean I was meant to keep carrying it.”
Not one turning point
A life shaped by responsibility, detours and decisions that carried consequences.
As a child, I was often the outsider in the middle of everyone else. At thirteen, I learned that the man I had believed to be my father was not my biological father. A year later, I met my father — but not the relationship I had hoped for as a daughter. With that truth, I also lost part of my trust in my mother. Years later, I drew a boundary that remains in place today.
There was the collapse in our shop. The moment I could no longer see myself in the mirror. The park bench where I sat and cried because I did not know how to go on. And finally, the clear decision to make myself a priority again. My body changed with me — but it was never only about weight. It was about consciously carrying my own life again.
Then our family entered a crisis nothing could have prepared me for. My children needed protection and intensive support. One day later, I recorded the podcast episode “When the house of cards suddenly collapses”. Today, I do not see a woman who failed. I see a woman who held her family together while the ground beneath her own feet had disappeared.
I am not back at the beginning. I am moving forward with a different understanding of responsibility, identity, the body and staying true to myself.
What shapes me
Since 2019, I have explored Human Design, astrology, energy work and metaphysical connections in depth. Over time, this expanded into a deeper understanding of hormones and their influence on our psyche, vitamins and nutrients, as well as psychological patterns and protective mechanisms.
I am interested not only in what a person thinks. I am interested in what their body remembers, which roles have shaped them, which patterns keep repeating and which truth has long been present beneath it all.
For me, these perspectives offer orientation — never instruction. No constellation will have the difficult conversation for you. No system will draw your boundary. It can reveal what is already there. You still have to live it yourself.
My work today
I do not work with women because I have all the answers. I work with them because I know how powerful it can be to find words for something you have carried within you for a long time.
My work brings together identity, honest conversation, intuition, psychological patterns and metaphysical perspectives. Not so I can tell you who to become, but so you can recognise what you already know — and build a life capable of holding that truth.
I do not give you a new identity.
I help you live by what you already know about yourself.
