Withdrawal information for consumers
If you entered into a distance or off-premises contract as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded. To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement, for example by email:
Anna-Carina Hausegger
Grazer Vorstadt 64/4
8570 Voitsberg
Austria
Email: annachausegger@gmail.com
You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a reasonable proportionate amount for services properly supplied before we received your withdrawal statement.
